We couldn’t be more proud that two members of our culinary team were recognized by their industry peers at the annual Nova Scotia Association of Chefs and Cooks (NSACC) Awards Reception, held on Wednesday, February 8.
Our Executive Chef, Christophe Luzeux, was honoured with Chef of the Year, a title awarded to one association member who demonstrates professional and personal service to the industry, for active participation in the NSACC, and for aiding the development of young culinarians.
Culinarian of the Year was presented to our Assistant Pastry Chef, Charmaine Roma, for her outstanding performance as a food industry professional and personal commitment to the betterment of the cooking trade.
