Our award-winning culinary team takes great pride in the food we serve, preparing and handcrafting nearly every item – from start to finish. Inspired by Nova Scotia’s beauty, hospitality and locally-sourced cuisine, the team brings local flavor to everything they create for our guests.

If you are supplier of locally sourced food and beverage and interested in working with our culinary team, here is what we require:

  1. We host large events, so you would need to supply quantities up to 2000 units, when required. And have minimum inventory of 400 “portions” available at any time.
  2. Delivery must happen within one week for our large events and 72 hours prior to our smaller events.
  3. To comply with health and safety guidelines, your product must be traceable (i.e. provide us with the location where your product is harvested or slaughtered).
  4. All products need to be consistent in quality and in size, and of course, meet the Convention Centre’s culinary team standards.
  5. All products must be provincially inspected and provide proof of that certification.
  6. You must be a business with an accounts receivable system, whereby payment in 30 days is in place and acceptable.
