NAASA 2023 will be a particularly special conference for all involved. The Local Organizing Committee is being led by Heather Igloliorte and Carla Taunton who helped bring NAASA in as a partner on a national Canadian grant initiative, Thinking Through The Museum. Through this partnership, we are expecting anew audience to be brought to NAASA that will benefit the ongoing research and curatorial work with Native American art.
