Spring into this Seasonal Recipe

We’re all about being good hosts to our guests. A big part of hosting involves feeding. We take great pride in the food we serve. (It’s delicious.)

We want everyone near and far to be as excited about eating in Halifax and in our new Halifax Convention Centre as we are. So here’s something to tantalize your tastebuds – a fresh, seasonal recipe courtesy of our own Chef Christophe Luzeux.

The best part? We filmed Chef in action (and a little bit inspired by Netflix’s The Chef’s Table) so you can watch how to make it - just click here.
