UNICEF Canada’s Annual Chefs for UNICEF Water for Life Gala will take place on April 20, 2023, bringing the Halifax community together to support the world’s children.

The Water for Life Gala features some of the best chefs in Nova Scotia with food inspired by countries around the world. Participate in our amazing auction showcasing over 120 items to bid on, and enjoy live music and a moving guest speaker who will share the importance of UNICEF’s work and the impact of your support.

The fallout from COVID-19 has reversed years of progress on children’s rights, and has amplified the need to continue UNICEF’s important work focused on safe water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) – which also enables access to education. The solidarity of the Halifax community in supporting these life-changing programs is more important than ever. The Gala will continue to support WASH projects for the children who need them most.

Through the generosity of many donors, UNICEF leads innovative initiatives to bring life-saving water to all children.
