CARSTAR Impact will bring together franchise partners and industry stakeholders from across the company’s independently owned collision repair network. This year’s theme will focus on business growth, operational alignment and industry advancement.

Programming will include educational sessions aimed at delivering actionable strategies for shop operators, alongside networking opportunities and company-wide updates. The conference will also feature the Seaside Stride, a fundraising walk supporting Cystic Fibrosis Canada. The initiative continues CARSTAR’s long-standing involvement with the organization, which spans more than 25 years.

Additional events include an opening night reception and a Great Gatsby-themed awards gala recognizing franchise performance across the network.
