Local Supplier Criteria

Our award-winning culinary team takes great pride in the food we serve, preparing and handcrafting nearly every item – from start to finish. Inspired by Nova Scotia’s beauty, hospitality and locally-sourced cuisine, the team brings local flavour to everything they create for our guests.

If you are a supplier of locally sourced food and beverage and interested in working with our culinary team, here’s what we need:

  • We host large events, so you would need to supply quantities up to 2,000 units, as required, and have minimum inventory of 400 portions available at any time.
  • Delivery must happen within one week of a large event and 72 hours prior to our smaller events.
  • To comply with health and safety guidelines, your product must be traceable (i.e. provide us with the location where your product is harvested or slaughtered).
  • All products must be consistent in quality and in size and meet our culinary team’s standards.
  • All products must be provincially inspected with proof of certification.
  • Your business must have an accounts receivable system with a standard 30-day payment policy.
